Although the mask mandate was lifted for outdoors, it remains in place for indoors. Whether or not you are vaccinated, to keep our staff safe, we require that you continue to wear your mask indoors. A Covid-19 wavier is required for each client to be filled out prior to service.
Handicap Accessibility & Parking
The building is not a handicap accessible building. Parking is on a first come first served basis.
Rule of thumb for tipping, tip $5 for every 30 minutes of bodywork. Example:
60 minutes =$10
90 minutes =$15
Confirmation of Appointments
All appointments will receive a call to confirm the session. If there is no answer a voicemail will be left. If a voicemail cannot be left a text message will be sent giving until the end of the day to return the call. If there is no response the appointment will be canceled and not refunded. The credit will go on the account to be used in the future.
Every client must have their own account. No exceptions! Clients will continue to self book through our massage book page which is linked to this site. You must still fill out a client intake form and a Covid-19 waiver. These forms must be filled out before 7 PM the day before the scheduled session. Be sure to book the accurate session. No double bookings!
Holidays are reserved for members only. Those with a membership must call to book on holidays.
Because of an anticipated busy schedule, the cancellation rules have changed. At no time will a cancelled session be refunded. The first cancellation is no charge. The second cancellation will be a $10 fine added at check out. The third cancellation is a full charge with no session credit.
Code of Conduct
We provide professional massage services according to Maryland state law. No untoward behavior will be tolerated. We do not provide "happy endings" or "sensual massages." If at any time you make the therapist feel uncomfortable, we reserve the right to stop your session and escort you from the building. We always recommend you keep your underwear on but it is up to your discretion. We drape every single client and should you remove the drape your session will end. No refunds will be provided should your session be ended early or you be escorted from the building.
All clients are required to book themselves so please get familiar with our booking rules. Any refunds given will be charged the credit card processing fee. If you accidentally book the wrong session and require a refund, you will still be charged the credit card processing fee and a convenience fee of $5.
Although most questions can be answered through this site, you may text us with any other questions you have. Please be respectful of the times in which you text. A late night text may receive no answer at all.
